These terms govern use of 3amgames.cc, published by 3AM CONSULTING (SIREN 939 371 662). By using the night pages you accept them.

The site is free to use for personal, non-commercial reading. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, overload the service with automated requests or use the night pages unlawfully.

The two managers might suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

The two managers take reasonable care over the content, but it is general information and might change without notice. Descriptions of games in development reflect the position when written; the store listing and the game’s own privacy policy are authoritative once a game is released.

If you spot an error, tell us so the two managers can correct it.

3AM Games titles will be distributed through Google Play, whose terms govern downloads, payments and refunds. Your statutory consumer rights under French and EU law are not affected.

Text, graphics, layout and code belong to 3AM CONSULTING or are used with permission. Do not use the 3AM Games name to suggest endorsement without written permission. Short quotations for review or news reporting are welcome where French law allows, with the source acknowledged.

Names and marks of other businesses that appear on the night pages, such as Google Play, belong to their owners.

Links to services such as Google Play or the official company register are provided for reference only. The two managers are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply any partnership.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.

Subject to that, the two managers are not liable for loss arising from temporary unavailability of the night pages or reliance on general information. The two managers take reasonable steps to keep the night pages free from malicious code, but you should keep your own devices protected.

The two managers aim to keep the night pages usable with assistive technology. If any part is hard to use, tell us and the two managers will provide the information another way.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If the two managers do not enforce a right immediately, the two managers might still do so later.

These terms are written in French and English; in case of inconsistency the French version prevails.

The two managers might revise these terms, for example when a game is released. The version and date at the top show the latest change, and changes never apply retrospectively.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you might use a consumer mediator free of charge and the EU online dispute resolution platform, and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Otherwise the courts with jurisdiction over their head office are competent.
